Fixki Voice is a realtime AI voice assistant app operated by Mohammad Rami Khalil. You can contact us at: ramikhalil538@gmail.com.
We may collect account data such as name, email address, login information, wallet balance, purchase history, voice session metadata, text transcripts, summaries, and app usage data.
The app uses microphone access only to enable realtime voice conversations. Raw voice recordings are not saved by default.
Voice conversations may be processed by AI service providers in order to generate realtime answers. We may store text transcripts, summaries, session duration, model information, and credit usage for history, billing, and service improvement.
In-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store your full payment card details.
If you sign in with Google, we may receive your Google account email, name, profile ID, and profile image if provided by Google.
We use data to provide the app, manage accounts, process voice sessions, verify purchases, calculate credits, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support.
We may share necessary data with service providers such as authentication providers, AI providers, hosting providers, analytics/security tools, and Google Play Billing where required to operate the app.
We keep account, billing, and session data only as long as necessary for service operation, legal, accounting, security, and support purposes.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data where legally applicable.
Fixki Voice is not intended for children under 13 years old.
