Delete your Fixki Voice account
This page allows you to request permanent deletion of your Fixki Voice account and associated personal data.
Delete directly inside the app
- Open Fixki Voice and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
In-app deletion is the fastest option because your identity is already verified through your signed-in account.
Request deletion without access to the app
Submit the email address associated with your account. We will contact you by email to verify account ownership before completing the deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining credits connected
to the deleted account will also be removed.
Data included in deletion
- Account and profile information
- Saved voice sessions, transcripts and summaries
- Personal memory and personalization settings
- Wallet data and account-linked transaction information
- Google Play purchase records linked to the account
Some billing, security, fraud-prevention or transaction records may be retained only where required by applicable law.
